SoF-Day11

Warm up lap around the hill. 10 burpees because people were late. Up and down the hill. Equipment had to go up/down 5x: 2 Miserys, stretcher with sandbags, and 2 water jugs. After that we got to run on the beach with all the equipment - when the whistle blew (approx. 30 second intervals), had to drop and do 2 spider pushups and then carry on. at the end of bringing equipment back to the hill, had to sprint to the top and down again.Equipment to truck.
