SoF-Day2

I die.  Christ this is hard. I hate it. I hate every damn second of it but I know it will get easier even as every session gets harder. Already this evening on our last loop, I had enough to push through a sprint. I'm starting to think I'm build for short bursts of speed not long distance *L*

This may be forgetting some things but roughly tonight's workout

Recap
  • 1k Warm Up Run (15 minutes-ran all of this. it sucked but i did it)
  • Stretching
  • 10 pushups (due to troop action on wrong command)
  • 40 burpees
  • Circuit#1: 2 minutes small hill running, 2 minutes pushups, 2 minutes knee high jumps, 2 minutes jumping jacks. Total of 3x
  • Circuit#2: Warmup loop, 5 pushups,4 single leg squats (each side), 5 plank walk ups. Total of 3x
  • Circuit#3:1kSprint, 50 knee highs. Instructed 3,did 4.5 while helping troop members finish
  • Stretching
