This may be forgetting some things but roughly tonight's workout
Recap
- 1k Warm Up Run (15 minutes-ran all of this. it sucked but i did it)
- Stretching
- 10 pushups (due to troop action on wrong command)
- 40 burpees
- Circuit#1: 2 minutes small hill running, 2 minutes pushups, 2 minutes knee high jumps, 2 minutes jumping jacks. Total of 3x
- Circuit#2: Warmup loop, 5 pushups,4 single leg squats (each side), 5 plank walk ups. Total of 3x
- Circuit#3:1kSprint, 50 knee highs. Instructed 3,did 4.5 while helping troop members finish
