Sof-Day6: Buddy Day

Tonight J-bear joined me on course for Buddy Day.  I was eager to see how she would do because I know the girl is strong and has way more to push with than she (and others including myself sometimes) thinks. Girl fucking killed it last night. She was such a beast carrying 2 sticks of rebar (approx. 75 pounds) over head several hundred meters and back for a water retrieval (never leave your equipment unattended folks!).  When she wasn't carrying rebar and moving, she was doing pushups to finish our squad's 300 we had to do,  she was running with squad members to help bring in equipment at the end of our exercise set.

I'm just going to copy paste her stuff with some changes on what I did -lol- because well she wrote it out before i did :p 3

  • Ran around a section of the park approx 250 meters, then ran back and forth the tree line twice.
    Estimate 1 km.
  • Stretching
  • 20 burpees (people couldn't remember the mission - including me!)
  • carried two bars of rebar about 500 meters x 2
  • carried 2 bar of rebar   overhead about 250 meters return
  • 20 rebar chest raises
  • 50 pushups
  • 50 Misery chest presses
  • 50 Misery squats
  • 1 round of planks
  • Carried Misery overhead for 50 meters
