so we started with 25 burpees (because there were missing recruits), warmup lap, equipment to gazebo, 50 ranger kicks, 30 pushups, 50 mountaineers, equipment drag to plaque, 30 jerk crunches, 50 ranger kicks 20 diamond pushups, 50 mountaineers, equip drag back to hog's back hill base, all equipment up and down 3x, then equipment back to RV. we then did 3 rounds of fast feet/high knees (count to 5 while doing fast feet, up/down in pushup position - repeat 4x then 1 round of high knees). somewhere in there we had 5 burpees as well as punishment because people STILL can't fucking figure out falling into rank.
at the end of course we all looked like we had just gone swimming.
