I made a big decision about training and everything earlier this week. My month of "diet and exercise" to see if my body maintained balance without vitamin supplements crashed and burned. I cannot survive the immediate future without them - including the excessive effort that is bootcamp. I really miss it and have decided to go back next month continuously. I will be going 5 days a week and eaaaaaaaaaaaarly in the morning so that I have my evenings free with the family. I've got no grand illusions about Miami anymore - I just want to go and finish in the alloted time of 6 hours (need to hit half marathon distance in 3:15). On my current 10k pace, I will finish in 6:04:00, which will improve. I know I can do the distance and I probably won't ever run another full marathon again. Call it a checkmark on my bucket list if you will*L* I will run the occasional half but I think 10k is a good distance.
I also have given some great thought to what 2012 holds for me. January 29 marks the end of my 12 in 12 but January 1 starts my year of less running but more crazy things.

- December 31 - Resolution Run 5k (with the kid)
