38 days till the Miami Half. Yep. The Half! I decided to just push ahead and drop down to that distance and do it. It came from a lot of thinking and some emotional push from my bootcamp friends. Yes I don't enjoy that distance, but it's not something I cannot do. I've had enough "I can'ts", it's time to change that.
I'm now 4 solid months into SoF. December was ATC and "game based". We played Risk. More on that in a bit. I've also switched up my days at bootcamp. I'm doing 2 stationary, 1 cardio now instead. I've seen major improvements in my strength, running distance and body shape. I've dropped 2 pant sizes and about 10 pounds since doing this in November. I really enjoy the strength training and the shape of my body as it starts to peek out from under my layer of insulation. My current SoF fit test results are as follows. I won't be doing another fit test until March at the earliest.
